MY APPROACH
Situation: Mirrim is a communication education platform that aims to improve empathy and trust in doctor-patient relationships. The brand identity was created with the mindset of effectively communicating the company's mission and values.
Task: The designer's task was to create a brand identity that conveys the scientific, research-backed approach of Mirrim while also emphasizing its focus on empathy and compassion. It was important that the brand identity was inclusive and approachable to appeal to a diverse audience. The brand pillars are professionalism, trustworthiness, and empathy.
Action: The action was taken to research the target audience and the communication education industry to understand design trends and best practices. The design features two parts of the word reflecting each other like a mirror, symbolizing the company's role as a helping hand for its customers. This reflection represents the company's commitment to providing support to its clients. A color palette was chosen to convey a sense of professionalism and trustworthiness, while also being warm and welcoming. Typography was selected to be clear, legible, and modern.
Result: the brand identity designed for Mirrim effectively communicates the company's mission and values while also being approachable and inclusive. Overall, the brand identity has helped Mirrim establish a strong reputation within the community as an ethical and socially responsible company that is dedicated to improving doctor-patient relationships.
